Event Information:
The Brussels Marathon (officially
the Brussels Marathon) is a
marathon, since 2004, in Brussels
takes place. The program also
includes a half marathon.
The
course starts at Jubilee Park from
Etterbeek and initially leads to the
Rue de la Loi, westward to Brussels
city to the Palace of the Nation and
the Royal Palace. Avenue Loise is
about it for a loop south through
the town forest Bois de la Cambre /
al Cambre. Then you happened in
Ixelles / Elsene the Université
Libre de Bruxelles happened and runs
in an arc Watermael-Boitsfort/Watermaal-Bosvoorde,
Auderghem / Oudergem and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre/Sint-Pieters-Woluwe,
where the course is divided. The
half marathon runners go directly on
the Avenue de Tervueren /
Tervurenlaan and the Rue de la Loi,
the finish on the Grand Place (Grote
Markt), while the marathoners still
attend must watershed line one, the
east to Tervuren runs.
The
track is 200 meters is undulating
for a city marathon.
